2019 STEP Student Training and Employment Program

The Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired in collaboration with BOSMA Enterprises:

The summer Student Training and Employment Program (STEP) is a four week paid work experience for blind and visually impaired students from the state of Indiana ages 16-22 who are currently enrolled in a high school program or will be graduating from a program as of the 2019 class. Students must commit to the full four weeks of the program. Students are paired with a job coach and are placed in jobs in and around the Indianapolis area.

All applicants must be able to live, travel, and work with little or no assistance.
